Candlelight Yoga - New Year's Edition
Often we set our intentions or resolutions at the first of the year but rarely come back to them past January. My intention of offering this monthly class is to keep giving folks the opportunity to come back to their New Year intention at the beginning of each month. Whether you were able to make the first class or not, you are welcome each month to join us. By taking time to tune into our intentions we begin to show gratitude for our progress and motivation for our journey through the upcoming year.

Yoga, Malas, and More
Our morning starts with a yoga and essential oils class at 10:00 AM led by Crystal Beshears and Caschelle Smith. Crystal's yoga classes are progressively designed, slow flow sequences developed through her own personal practice which pulls from Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa Yoga and Alignment-Based yoga practices. They are designed to break through physical, mental and other barriers and are for all levels of practitioner. Assisting with oils, Caschelle Smith is the the owner/ operator of Lifeco. A home based business where she enjoys her passion for making, selling and educating on essential oils since 2009. Her current focus is on baby, blends and singles, face, medicinal, bath and body, and seasonal/holiday lines of product! You can find more about Caschelle at lifeco.guru.
Next, handmaking your own mala. Mala, meaning “garland” in Sanskrit, have been used for centuries for meditation and prayer.
Traditionally, a mala has 108 beads, which assists in counting your mantras during meditation. You’ll often see gemstones as part of (or all) of the 108 beads. Each gemstone adds meaning. Once learning of their special meaning, people are drawn to them even more. Wearing your mala around your neck or wrist serves as a gentle reminder of what your intentions and goals are. A glance or holding it in your hand can bring it back to you, your dreams, and where you want to be. Enjoy light snacks and good company.
Cost per person includes yoga, oils and mala: $25 bracelet / $30 necklace
